Costs are to cover :-
Cleaning of all toilets including sanitary waste
Cleaning of common areas Kitchen Corridors Stairs
Window cleaning all outside windows and inside common areas.
Waste bins in common areas. An 1100 litre bin will be emptied each week.
Tenants must dispose of their own waste that will not fit into the outside bin.
Electric, Gas, Water  ( An appropriate share of the power costs will be determined and revised according to usage )
Alarm – Redcare, maintenance and call outs will be shared according to attributable responsibility
All tenants will be responsible for alarm call out costs associated to them.
